The ritual

A daily cup. An ordinary kitchen. A quieter kind of reset.

Cormidas is not a cleanse week and not a starvation protocol. It is powdered food you stir into water, then you eat the rest of your day.

Step one

Make the cup

Add one serving of powder to a mug of warm — not boiling — water. Stir until the texture is even. Drink it as you would a broth or a morning tea.

The three-week arc

Week 1

Find the hour

Same mug, same time. Notice energy, digestion, and how meals feel afterwards — no scorecard required.

Week 2

Stay consistent

This is where most people decide the cupboard should not run out. The formula is built for repetition, not intensity.

Week 3

Let the baseline move

Skin, sleep, and midday clarity are the notes people mention first. Keep eating. Keep the cup.

What you do not do

No juice-only days. No skipping dinner.

Fasting mimicry, as we use the phrase, means supporting the self-cleaning work the body already knows how to do — while you still live a social, fed life.

If you already practice intermittent fasting, Cormidas can sit inside that window. If you do not, you do not need to start.
